Can I get kicked off of youtube?

ok well I found a fan made film a cartoon fan made film some battle ground episode 1 or something like that but I removed it because the original owners told me to or else it was on youtube but it says in the video it is fan made so can they actually report me and have me kicked off even tho they don't have it trademarked or is this just a threat because no one else had it on youtube including them they didn't want it on youtube but I put it on anyway I see other people do the same thing all the time so its just a fan made film that they made and i put it on youtube so yea can they get me kicked or not because its not trademarked to them even tho they made it?
