Where to buy high-quality, leather high-heel pumps?

Hello fashionistas out there! I need a recommendation on where to buy (online) some specialty shoes. I'm looking for high-heel (4.5" to 5") RED leather or suede (not patent leather), peep-toe pumps. Women's size 7.5 or 8 (not for me, for the wife). I would prefer higher quality. I've looked at Snaz75.com and amiclubwear.com, and their products are great, just not what I'm looking for. My budget is $200 to $250 max, so Christian Louboutin is not an option. Please help! Thanks.
