Recover deleted messages from yahoo groups?

BSA troop h a yahoo groups board and many moderators are needed to faciliate it , unfortunanatly some are not familuar with virtual workspaces and deleted some (most of the messages posted). THough I may be to recreate from the email notices sent out on the posting of each message i was wondering if there is a way to recover them instead? Again Yahoo group messages. Thank you.
