Question about PA dui and marine corps DEP?

im 23 and got pulled over on friday night and arrested on my first dui charge, i blew a .023 and got blood drawn. i recieved no citation or any paper work, i was very cooperative and did not spend the night in jail. i was able to get my car after being processed. I am currently in marine DEP program and my ship date is oct. 13. and the officer who pulled me over is aware of this. i have a clean record and no prior tickets. why didnt i recieve a citation or any paperwork and what can i do to still leave on oct. 13 and not delay it any longer?
