Whats wrong with me How sick am I do I need to go to the ER?

I slept for 3 days 2 nights straight Im over tired and don't want to go on anymore What is wrong? I have had TERRIBLE CHEST PAINS, where i think im going to die they are soo bad. IM OVER TIRED AND SLEEP DAYS AT A TIME,where i wake up and am depressed because i have done nothing with that time. SUPER DIZZY EVERY SECOND OF EVERYDAY THAT I AM AWAKE I fall and bust my lips, cut my head ect.. PAINFULL BACK ACHES my spine is braking!!! Im too tired to cry anymore doctors are not helping me IM STARTING TO WONDER IF THERE IS ANYONE WHO CAN HELP.
