Any ideas on how I can fix the stero in my 93 Ford Bronco?

I have a 93 Ford Bronco, and I put a new stero system in it. It worked perfect for awhile, but now it shorts all the speakers out but one everytime I put it in drive. Then the display along the front reads failure. I have checked the fuses and they are good. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
