Does xbox 360 MW2 have aimbots?

I have seen aimbot videos for MW2 on youtube, but I have not seen any for anyone using the 360. Does the 360 have an aimbot designed? I was playing search and destroy for a while and one guy, I saw in the kill cam on scrapyard, was just standing in a corner of the plane facing a wall. He shot through the plane and into the building behind the two propane tanks and took me out. I was not shooting or anything and there was no UAV up... I didn't think much of it but then in the next round he shot through a barrier and into another house killing another guy who was just sitting there... I don't think there is another way to describe that besides aimbot? He is not the only one I noticed today either... there seemed to be a few people doing it.
