My girlfriend gave me a free p, what should i do?

Ok we are in a long distance relationship and although we can't see each other for long periods of time, we still talk on skype. Recently she's been asking me if there are any girls attracted to me. I said "i don't know, cuz i don't really pay attention to that" then the next day she gave me a free p to hook up with who ever i want (even ) and out of fairness i gave her the p too. Now what does that mean? any thoughts are appreciated
